Nice tiffin tin. Yep, Like Gemmifer says, you can get them really cheaply at most Asian stores. Good idea for a picnic.
Yeah tiffin carriers! Some families here don’t cook but wish to have home-cooked food delivered to their doorstep everyday. So, they sign up with acompany which is into such food business and the food gets delivered to their doorstep everyday in tiffin carriers. You wash it after that and return it to the delivery boy when he comes round with the next day’s food.
i’ve also seen them at World Market. smaller ones.
